PAINT CORRECTION
The Defects Come Out.They Don't Get Filled In.
Multi-stage machine correction that removes swirls, scratches and oxidation from the clear coat, then an IPA wipedown, so you see the result with nothing hiding anything.

GLAZE HIDES DEFECTS FOR A MONTH. CORRECTION REMOVES THEM.
THE PROBLEM
Fine In The Garage.Terrible In The Sun.
It's a specific kind of frustration. The car is clean, the paint is undamaged, and none of that matters the moment you park under a streetlight or pull out into low sun. A web of fine circular scratches across every panel, catching the light in a way that makes an expensive car look tired. Automatic washes put most of them there. So did the last shop that polished it.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Measured,Not Guessed.
Clear coat is finite. Every step below exists so we know exactly how much we're removing and how much is left.
Assessment
- Paint depth readings taken across every panel
- Defect mapping under dedicated inspection lighting
- A test panel worked and re-measured before anything else
- Written note of what the paint will safely take
Preparation
- Full decontamination wash
- Iron, fallout and tar removal
- Clay treatment across all painted surfaces
- Trim, rubber and adjacent surfaces taped off
Correction
- Compounding stage to remove defects
- Polishing stage to refine the finish
- Refinement stage for clarity and depth
- IPA wipedown to verify the correction rather than conceal it
Finish
- Protection applied over the corrected paint
- Final inspection under dedicated lighting
- Panel-by-panel walkthrough before the keys go back
Measured before quoted. Always.
OUR PROCESS
The Same Four Stages.Every Time.
Every vehicle moves through the same four stages, in the same order. Only stage three changes with the service.
01
Inspection & Preparation
Paint depth, defect mapping, and a full decontamination wash. We find what the last shop covered up.
02
Deep Clean & Correction
Multi-stage machine correction removes swirls, scratches, and oxidation. Interiors are stripped, extracted, and conditioned.
03
Protection & Finishing
Protection goes on over paint that has just been corrected: wax, sealant or a ceramic coating, depending on what you booked. This is the one and only point at which a coating should ever be applied.
04
Final Quality Check
Inspected under dedicated lighting before your keys come back. If it isn't right, it doesn't leave.
The stage that changes is stage three. Everything else is fixed.

THE HONEST ANSWER
Will TheyCome Back?
Not the ones we removed. Correction takes a measured amount of clear coat off so the surface is level again. Those defects are gone, permanently.
New ones are a different question. Swirls come from washing, and most of them come from automatic brush washes and single-bucket sponges. Corrected paint with protection on it and a proper wash routine stays clear for years. Corrected paint that goes back through a brush wash is swirled again by spring.
It's also why we wipe every panel down with IPA before you see it. A filler or a glaze would hide the defects for a few weeks and then release them. The wipedown is us showing you there's nothing hiding anything.
We wipe the panel down with IPA before you see it. Filler would show. That's the point.
QUESTIONS
The Things PeopleActually Ask.
Not the ones we removed, correction levels the clear coat, so those are gone for good. New swirls come from washing, which is why we'll talk you through a wash routine and usually recommend protection on top.
Stages are passes with progressively finer abrasives. One stage improves gloss and removes light marring; two removes most defects; three takes it as far as the paint will safely go, which is where the 95% figure comes from. We recommend the stage count after measuring, not before.
Yes, when it's measured. We take paint depth readings across every panel and work a test section first, so we know what the paint will take before any full-vehicle correction happens. Paint that's too thin to correct safely gets told so.
If your fingernail catches in it, it's through the clear coat and correction won't remove it. We can reduce how much it catches the eye, but removing it is paint work rather than detailing. We'll tell you which category yours is at inspection.
You don't have to, but corrected paint is the only paint worth coating and this is the cheapest moment to do it. If you're keeping the car, a coating protects the work. If you're not, a sealant is the sensible call.
Longer than a detail, correction is the slow part of this trade, and rushing it is how paint gets damaged. We'll give you a realistic window at inspection based on the vehicle's size and condition.
